River Island recalls ‘Children’s Clothing’ products

River Island is carrying out a voluntary recall of two Children’s clothing products, which were on sale in-store and online.

Product 1: Children’s mini trainers

This recall impacts the product numbers listed above only. The product numbers can be identified on the care label. The safety concern is that the toggle may be defective and can be easily pulled off. 

Product 2: Girls’ outfits

This recall impacts the product numbers listed above only. The product numbers can be identified on the care label. The safety concern is that the waistband on the following products does not conform to the recommended length requirements.

What to do:

Approximately 30 units of the above-listed products were sold on the Irish market through a combination of in-store and online sales. If you believe that you may have either of these products, then consumers are advised to stop using it immediately and keep it out of reach of children. You should return it to any River Island store, where a full refund will be provided.
