How the CCPC can help you

We are responsible for providing and promoting information on consumer rights in Ireland. We will give you information on your rights and next steps. We are a strong voice for consumers, advocating for policy changes to ensure markets work for consumers and businesses follow the rules. We take enforcement action against businesses that do not comply with consumer protection laws. We encourage you to report consumer issues to us so we can identify sectors and companies where we need to take action to protect consumers.
