We support our people in their work. Our benefits are designed to help our people achieve a greater work life balance and grow and develop in their careers. We also offer many learning and development opportunities. This allows our staff to access professional development courses as well as undergraduate and postgraduate learning through our Advance of Fees scheme.

Our latest staff survey from 2025 shows how much our people enjoy the culture at CCPC and the benefits of the hybrid/agile and remote working. Highlights include:

Hybrid, agile and remote working

  • Remote working for up to 60% of working time, subject to business needs
  • Fully remote work for 7 weeks a year, subject to business needs. Fully remote in August and for three weeks of December. Staff may also work from overseas at this time

Flexible working

  • Flexible start and end times
  • Flexitime - allows staff to build up time which may be taken as extra time off, in addition to annual leave.

Learning and development

We take pride in the development and internal mobility of our staff and invest the time and financial supports to allow people reach their development goals and participate in further education. Some of our work also takes place at an international level, be it within the EU or OECD, which allows for travel and further career development experiences. We are proud to offer an Advance of Fees scheme, which allows employees to access education, including postgraduate programmes. Our Advance of Fees Policy allows for staff members to have the cost of their academic courses paid in advance by the CCPC.
