Guidance note on the interaction between the CIP and the ALP for Cartels

About this guidance note

This Guidance Note provides high-level guidance on cartel enforcement in Ireland, the different functions of the Cartel Immunity Programme (CIP) and the Administrative Leniency Policy (ALP) and the interaction between the two. The note also sets out guidance on which programme to apply to and how, when applications are made, the CCPC will process such applications.

This consultation was open from Monday 14 February 2022 until Friday 11 March 2022.
