Christmas Hours for Merger Notifications
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is advising parties who intend to submit merger notifications during the Christmas period of the following arrangements:

| Wednesday 24 December | Open 9am – 3pm |
| Thursday 25 December | Closed |
| Friday 26 December | Closed |
| Monday 29 December | Open 9am – 3pm |
| Tuesday 30 December | Open 9am – 3pm |
| Wednesday 31 December | Open 9am – 3pm |
| Thursday 1 January | Closed |
Please note that for the purposes of determining the appropriate date under the Competition Act 2002 (as amended), where the notification and all supporting documents are not fully received by the above daily deadline of 3pm, the CCPC will consider the date of receipt of the notification to be the next working day.
