- Is it tax-compliant?
- Even if it's gone sale agreed, they can still legally sell the house to someone else.
- Is it undergoing probate?
- Does the seller have the title deeds?
- Is there a garden?
- Is there off-street parking or a garage?
- How central is the property to work, schools and amenities?
- What's public transport like?
- Is there planning permission for any changes to the property's layout?
