Global Money Week is coming!
March 10, 2026
Global Money Week (GMW) returns from 16–22 March, bringing with it an international push to strengthen financial awareness among young people. Led by the OECD, GMW encourages countries around the world to help children and young adults develop the knowledge and skills they need to make informed financial decisions.
As Ireland’s national coordinator, the CCPC will officially launch GMW 2026 on 11 March with a special event at Croke Park. This year’s launch will shine a spotlight on the achievements of secondary school students and Youthreach centers from across the country who are taking part in the CCPC’s Our Money, Our Future sponsorship programme. These students have been developing creative and impactful financial literacy initiatives in their schools, and the event will celebrate their work and commitment. primary
The CCPC is joined in this nationwide effort by a broad network of partner organisations, including:
• An Post
