Get Involved in Global Money Week with our Digital Resource Pack for Schools

Global Money Week takes place from 16–22 March, and the CCPC, as Ireland’s national coordinator, is encouraging schools and Youth centres to get involved.
To make participation easy, we’ve developed a Global Money Week Digital Resource Pack for Schools.
Global Money Week Schools Pack can be used in class or during tutor time. The activities are designed to be short and ready to use.
The pack includes:
- Five ready-to-use daily announcements covering scams, Buy Now Pay Later, consumer rights and online transactions
- A Money Myth-Busting Quiz to explore students’ financial knowledge and promote conversations
- A structured Scam University activity, including discussion prompts, group work and sample answers
- Links to CCPC resources on MoneyMatters.ie, including videos and classroom materials aligned to Junior Cycle and LCA subjects
These activities help students build practical financial skills, strengthen critical thinking, and learn how to recognise scams and misleading financial content online.
Whether you dedicate a full class or just a few minutes each day, Global Money Week is an opportunity to start important conversations about money.
