University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, the parent of UPMC Investments Limited, is a non-profit academic medical centre, based in Pittsburgh, United States. UPMC has control of the Whitfield Clinic in Waterford, and Clane Hospital in Kildare as well as a joint venture which provides cancer services at the Bon Secours in Cork.
Aut Even Hospital Limited
Aut Even is a 71 bed hospital located in Kilkenny. Aut Even's single wholly owned subsidiary, Aut Even MRI, will also be acquired as part of the proposed transaction.
