Efor Corp is a France-headquartered provider of specialist engineering and consulting services to businesses operating in the life-sciences sector. In the State, Efor Corp provides such services principally to businesses operating in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Efor Corp would be jointly controlled by Mr Mathieu Roger following the implementation of the Proposed Transaction.
