The proposed acquisition by MM Packaging GmbH of 100% of the shares in, and sole control over, ESNT Packaging & Securing Solutions Limited and its affiliated companies (including the Irish subsidiary, Essentra Packaging Ireland Limited), as well as 100% of the shares in Essentra Packaging US Inc. has been cleared by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
