Nutrinova Netherlands B.V. ("Nutrinova") is primarily engaged in the production and supply of the sweetener acesulfame potassium or “Ace-K”, along with the preservatives potassium sorbate and sorbic acid, which are mainly used in the food industry. Nutrinova supplies its food sweetener and preservative products into the State from its production facility in Frankfurt, Germany.
