The proposed restructuring of Fortunegreen Limited whereby post transaction it will be jointly controlled by Irish Times Limited, DMG Ireland Holdings Limited and Independent Newspapers (Ireland). Fortunegreen Limited will develop a single daily free newspaper replacing the current Metro and Herald AM newspapers.
