JLA Group is the name given to the group of companies, including Vanilla Group Limited, which is headed by JLA Acquisitions TopCo Limited. JLA Group is active in the supply and servicing of equipment that is involved in: (i) laundry; (ii) catering; (iii) HVAC; and (iv) fire safety sectors.

JLA Group is indirectly held by parts of Cinven Holdings Guernsey Limited, Cinven Partnership LLP and/or their respective “associates” which, together, make up a private equity business engaged in the provision of investment management and investment advisory services to a number of investment funds.

Decat Distribution Limited

Broderick Bros Limited is a subsidiary of Decat Distribution Limited. In addition to Broderick Bros Limited, Decat Distribution Limited has two other subsidiaries, Broderick Holdings Limited and Brodericks Food Equipment South Limited.

Decat Distribution Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides the following services in the State:

1. the installation and supply of commercial kitchen/restaurant facilities for businesses;
2. the supply of equipment and services to the industrial food processing sector;
3. the supply of catering consumables (tableware, utensils, etc); and
4. a limited amount of laundry equipment.
