Online: which runs the Paddy Power, Betfair, Adjarabet online sports betting and gaming brands;
Australia: which consists of the Sportsbet online sports betting brand, a corporate bookmaker in Australia;
US: which operates as FanDuel Group and runs the FanDuel sportsbook and daily-fantasy-sports brands, the TVG broadcasting and advanced deposit wagering network and the Betfair online casino in New Jersey and;
Retail: which runs over 620 Paddy Power retail betting shops across the UK and Ireland.

Stars is an operator of technology-based product offerings in the global gambling and interactive entertainment industries. Stars' brands are active in online and mobile betting and gaming. Stars owns or licenses gaming and related consumer businesses and brands, including PokerStars, PokerStars Casino, BetStars, Full Tilt, FOX Bet, BetEasy, Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Bingo, Sky Poker, and Oddschecker, as well as various live poker tour and events brands, including the PokerStars Players No Limit Hold'em Championship and European Poker Tour.
