Domino's Pizza Group plc is a UK public company that holds the master franchise rights to own, operate and franchise Domino’s-branded outlets in the United Kingdom and the State. Domino's Pizza Group plc is active in the supply of Domino’s pizza foodservice inputs to its franchisees and currently has an indirect minority shareholding (approx. 15%) in Shorecal Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd.

 

Shorecal Limited

Shorecal Limited is an existing franchisee of Domino's Pizza Group plc which, pursuant to a franchise agreement entered into between Domino's Pizza Group plc and Shorecal Limited, sells Domino’s pizza through its outlets to consumers in Northern Ireland and the State. In order to operate as a franchisee, Shorecal Limited receives food service inputs from Domino's Pizza Group plc (i.e. food ingredients, relevant IP and ancillary branding support services) and, in turn, manages and operates Domino’s-branded pizza outlets.
