Cube Transportation Europe Cooperatief UA is ultimately owned by I Squared Capital Advisors LLC (ISQ), an independent global infrastructure investment manager. ISQ owns Viridan Group Holdings Limited, an energy company active in the State (under the Energia brand) and in Northern Ireland (under the Power NI brand). Viridian has interests across renewable and thermal power generation and the retail supply of gas and electricity.
