Cube is a special purpose vehicle registered in the UK established for the purpose of the Proposed Transaction. Cube's parent company is an independently managed global infrastructure investment manager focusing on the energy , utilities, telecoms, healthcare and transport sectors in North America, Europe and certain other high-growth economies around the world.
GTT Communications Group ("Target Business")
The Target Business consist of the network infrastructure of companies which are part of the GTT Communications Group. The Target Business provide cloud networking services with a broad portfolio of global services to multinational enterprises with a geographic focus in the US and Europe.
