CDIL is a UK-listed investment company incorporated in Guernsey which invests in operating digital infrastructure assets, focusing primarily on data centres, mobile telecommunications/broadcast towers, distributed sensor networks, and fibre-optic network assets. CDIL is managed by Cordiant Capital Inc., a Canadian domiciled investment manager.

DCU Invest NV is a data centre operator based in Belgium. It operates 9 data centres across 8 locations in the Flanders region in Belgium.

 

Datacenter United Brussels NV

Datacenter United Brussels NV is a special purpose vehicle incorporated for the purposes of the proposed transactions. Its share capital is currently owned by Proximus NV, a Belgian provider of digital services and communications solutions. As part of the proposed transactions, Datacenter United Brussels NV will come into ownership of 4 data centres currently owned by Proximus NV."
