Chadwicks Holdings is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grafton Group Plc ("Grafton"). Grafton is an international distributor of building materials to trade customers who are primarily engaged in residential repair, maintenance and improvement (“RMI”) projects and house building. Grafton also provides DIY, home and garden products via the Chadwicks and Woodie’s brands in the State, and the MacBlair brand in Northern Ireland.
