BlackRock Global Infrastructure Fund IV ('BGIF IV') is an investment fund based in Luxembourg which invests in infrastructure projects worldwide, in particular in the energy, transportation and utilities sectors. BlackRock Alternatives Management LLC ('BAM') manages and controls the investment decisions of BGIF IV. BAM is ultimately owned by the BlackRock Group, a US publicly traded company active in the provision of global investment management, risk management and advisory services to retail and institutional clients.

Lanes Group Ireland Limited is a holding company for two subsidiaries active in the State in the waste and recycling sector: Acorn Recycling Limited, which trades as AQS Environmental Solutions, and ACQ Composting Limited. AQS Environmental Solutions provides operating and maintenance services to water and wastewater assets operated by municipal and industrial customers within the State.
