The proposed acquisition by Heinrich Bauer Verlag Beteiligungs GmbH, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Bauer Radio Limited, of the entire issued share capital, and thus sole control, of Clear Channel Holdings Limited from Clear Channel International Holdings B.V. has been cleared by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
