The trader sold tickets for an event. The event was not provided to consumers. As a result of the non provision of the event, two specific consumers, each referred to in a separate compliance notice, contacted the trader seeking to be reimbursed for the purchase price of their tickets.
The CCPC served a Compliance Notice on NOC Shop Limited which took effect on 16 August 2024 directing it to do the following:
- that the two particular individuals, and all other applicable consumers, be reimbursed for the full purchase price of their tickets by 16 August 2024.
