During an inspection at their premises at The Odeon, 57 Harcourt Street, Saint Kevins, Dublin 2, D02 VE22, Kivaway Limited of 8/9 South William Street, a trader operating as a licensed premises, the CCPC found the trader to be in breach of the requirement to display an accurate selling price as their website pricing was lower than what was charged on the premises, misleading consumers.
The CCPC served a Compliance Notice on Kivaway Limited which took effect on 16 December 2024 directing it to do the following:
- To accurately display the selling price of goods offered for sale on their website.
