Ms. Lucy McEvilly trading as Connemara Horse & Country (‘the trader’), operating a retail store selling equestrian products, gifts and outdoor clothing, was required to display the selling price of goods offered for sale. During an inspection at their premises at Market Street, Clifden, Galway, H71 EC97, the CCPC had found the trader to be in breach of this requirement by failing to provide the selling price of a product in accordance with the relevant legislation.
