Wescooley Limited (‘the trader’) was required to display a notice, immediately outside or immediately inside each entrance to the premises, specifying the price charged for any of the beverages specified in the relevant legislation (‘the 16-item list’) which were on sale in the premises. During an inspection at the trader's premises at Oasis Bar, Unit 12A-B Letterkenny Shopping Centre, Port Road, Gortlee, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, the CCPC found the trader to be in breach of this requirement.
The CCPC served a Compliance Notice on the trader, which took effect on 11 December 2025, directing it to display, in a clearly visible and legible form, immediately outside or immediately inside each entrance to the premises, a notice specifying the price charged for any of the beverages specified in the 16-item list which were on sale in the premise
