Pure Fashions Limited trading as pureonline.ie, the trader, was found, when inspecting the trader’s website, https://www.pureonline.ie/, to have engaged in a prohibited commercial practice by providing information that would be likely to deceive or mislead consumers as to the correct refund timeframes and information under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and, in particular, its sections 112(1), 117(1), (2), (5). That information would be likely to cause the average consumer to make a transactional decision that they would not otherwise make.

The CCPC served a Compliance Notice on the trader, which took effect on 8 May 2026 directing it to remedy the contravention identified on the website https://www.pureonline.ie/ to ensure that the information available to consumers is not likely to deceive or mislead them regarding their legal cancellation and reimbursement rights or matters respecting when, how or in what circumstances those rights may be exercised, such as the right to cancel contracts for sale items and to have delivery payments reimbursed, accurately reflects the legal rights a consumer may avail of as provided for by Part 5 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
