SHEIN recalls Travel Steam Iron sold on SHEIN marketplace

SHEIN is carrying out a recall of a Travel Steam Iron sold on SHEIN marketplace by the third-party seller Guangzhou Liuyne Economic and Trade Co., Ltd.

The product presents a risk of electric shock and choking. The electric wires of the power cable of the appliance can come loose or slip out of its connection, making live parts accessible. The user can therefore receive an electric shock. Additionally, the button enabling steam to be released can easily come loose. Being a small part, small children can put it in their mouth and choke.

The brand is Sokany. The model is 6047. The SHEIN product reference is sc25021827338196266.

There are approximately 29 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.
