A safety issue has been identified with a Mouse Soft Toy sold by the AliExpress platform.

A small plush toy shaped like a cartoon-style mouse sitting upright. The toy wears a red outfit with white polka dots and a matching bow on the head. The plush has black ears, embroidered eyes, and a soft fabric texture. A small hanging loop with a suction cup is attached to the side of the head.

The risk reported to the CCPC is choking. The toy has small parts (suction cup) that can easily detach. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke.

The product was sold online through the AliExpress platform. There are approximately 4 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.
