A safety issue has been identified with a Cloud Nine Travel Hair Dryer.

The product presents a fire and burns risk. The product may overheat during use and may lead to fire and burns.

The brand is Cloud Nine. The model is XDM 3600.

There are approximately 38 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. All units were given to customers as a free Gift with Purchase (GWP). This was as a free promotional gift with a previous Cloud Nine purchase.

What To Do

If you received one of the above products, please stop use immediately and dispose of the product sustainably.

You may return the Travel Hair Dryer on its own where the product will be disposed of sustainably by Cloud NIne, but no refund will be given. Cloud Nine will reimburse the cost of postage once they are in receipt of the product.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you may return both the Travel Hair Dryer and the original Cloud Nine product you purchased and receive a full refund for the entire order, noting that there are no safety or quality concerns with the original product.
