DONE BY DEER recalls Gourde Tiny farm Children’s Water Bottle

DONE BY DEER is carrying out a recall of the Gourde Tiny farm Children’s Water Bottle. 

 

The risk reported to the CCPC is strangulation. The buckle on the bottle’s lid can open, resulting in a loose strap that could wrap around a child’s neck and create a strangulation hazard. 

The brand is DONE BY DEER. The batch number is 126500824. The model numbers are 1056381 and 1056392. The bar codes are 5712643055648 and 5712643055679.  

The batch number can be found on the packaging as illustrated below. 

There are approximately 18 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The product was sold by retailer Bella Baby in Fota Co. Cork, Pembroke Square Co. Dublin, Oranmore Co. Galway and online at www.bellababy.ie 

What to do: 

Customers should stop using the product immediately and keep out of the reach of children. 

Affected customers can return to their place of purchase for a full refund or replacement if applicable.
