TEMU is carrying out a recall of Baby Play Mat & Ball Pit sold on the Temu platform by third-party seller Tong Cheng.
The risk reported to the CCPC is choking. The toy has small parts (ribbon) that can easily detach. A small child may put them in their mouth and choke.
The model number is BB060. The batch number is 202407012002. The Identification number on the package is 8856785949. The Temu Goods ID is 601100318819912.
There are approximately 11 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.
What to do:
Consumers should stop using the product immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.
TEMU has removed the product from its platform and will ensure that affected consumers receive notification regarding the relevant safety issue and assist them with the return or refund process.
