Product Safety Information Notice on Chicken Soft Toy sold on the TEMU platform

A safety issue has been identified with a Chicken Soft Toy on the TEMU platform. 

The risk reported to the CCPC is chemical. The textile label on the product contains chromium VI. Chromium (VI) is a sensitising substance and may cause adverse health effects in children.   

The identification No. is 89406906361. The TEMU product ID is 601103044348341. The model number is AF004. The batch number is 54108726575.

There are approximately 10 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.    

 What to do: 

 Consumers should stop using the product immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.  TEMU has contacted affected consumers regarding this recall on behalf of the seller and assisted them with the refund process.   If you have not received a refund or have further questions or concerns about this product, please contact Temu’s Dedicated Customer Service team.
