The risk reported to the CCPC is chemical. The product contains a liquid that has been found to be hazardous if accidentally inhaled. This liquid, used as part of the decorative feature inside the key chain, may pose a serious health risk—particularly to children— if it leaks and is accidentally swallowed or breathed in.
