Primark Limited (t/a Penneys) is carrying out a recall of Primark Water Balloon Pump.

The risk reported to the CCPC is injuries. The safety feature which prevents over-pressurization of some products is not working as intended due to a manufacturing fault. An over-pressurised container could rupture, potentially leading to physical injuries.

The brand is Primark. The Kimball number is 5252801. The model number is ORIN 991062919.

There are approximately 17,281 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The products were on sale between January and September 2023.

What to do: 

If you believe that you may have purchased an affected product, discontinue use immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.

If you have purchased this product then please return it to any Penneys/Primark store where you will be offered a full refund. No proof of purchase or receipt is needed.
