Make Believe Ideas Ltd (MBI) recalls Groovy Baby “I Spy a Fly!” board book

The product presents a potential choking risk. The fly’s wings on the last page of the product may in some instances detach from the book when pulled (as shown in the image above), posing a potential choking hazard.

The brand is Groovy Baby. The Products have the following ISBN13 number(s), which are printed on the back cover of the Product, just above the barcode:

There are approximately 1433 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The products were sold in the following retailers:

Customers should stop using the product immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.

MBI is asking consumers to pull the wings off the last page of the book and cut each wing into four pieces before disposing of the wings in a bin that is inaccessible to children and sending the photograph to MBI. Removing the wings from the book removes this potential hazard.

MBI is offering consumers a refund upon receiving their confirmation that they have complied with these instructions.
