The product presents a burns or scald risk. The pot handle can detach or become loose posing a burn or scald risk to consumers from hot food and liquids spilling from the product.

What to do:

Customers should stop using the product and contact Cascade Designs for a free replacement pot handle/lifter that is compatible with the affected pot. Cascade Designs will provide a refund if requested.
