Maxol Limited is a subsidiary of Maxol Energy Limited, which in turn, is a wholly owned subsidiary of McMullan Bros. Limited ("McMullan Bros."). The latter was founded in 1920 and is a private company owned and controlled by the McMullan family. The Maxol Group's main subsidiaries are Maxol Limited and Maxol Lubricants Limited in the Republic of Ireland, and Maxol Oil Limited in Northern Ireland.
