Acting as the link between business divisions, DSU, ICT teams, governance functions, suppliers and end users, the role will support the full lifecycle of digital initiatives, from initial research and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, adoption and transition to support and benefits realisation. The role will also promote the effective use of digital services and solutions to support organisational objectives and progress key initiatives identified in the Corporate Services division’s annual workplan.

Key responsibilities

Working as part of the Digital Solutions team, the Business Analyst role will be engaged in a range of functions such as:

  • Supporting the delivery of Business Objectives
Performing any other additional tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Unit to deliver the business objectives of the Division and the CCPC.

The successful candidate

The successful candidate will play a key role in the organisation's long-term growth by contributing to a digital enterprise that leverages technology and automation to minimize redundancy, enhance efficiency, and provide superior data insights for better decision-making. They will bring a curious, innovative and proactive approach, identifying emerging technologies, tools and solutions and advising the organisation on opportunities to improve services, processes and ways of working. The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate curiosity, initiative and innovation by identifying emerging technologies, tools and solutions that could benefit the organisation.
