CCPC submission on incentivising the uptake of time-of-use tariffs

Submission of the CCPC in response to the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) consultation on incentivising the uptake of time-of-use tariffs. The submission welcomes measures proposed by the CRU and suggests additional ways to support consumers, including through standardised comparisons.
