New air fryer research from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has revealed that: 

  • 73% of those surveyed have an air fryer in their home  

  • 41% of air fryer owners use it every day 

  • 44% of daily users clean their air fryer every day  

  • 43% of air fryer owners use an air fryer at least once a week 

  • 17% of air fryer owners clean their air fryer at least once a month  

  • 3% say they never clean their air fryer 

  • Those aged 35-44 most likely to have an air fryer  

  • Those with children under 18 are more likely to have an air fryer than those without children  

  • Dublin residents are least likely to own an air fryer compared to other geographical locations
