Data Protection and Privacy

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has a number of privacy policies, statements and protocols in place that outline the way we gather information, how we might use that information, the circumstances we may disclose it and how we manage information.

Protected Disclosures

Section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 requires the publication of an Annual Report each year relating to the number of protected disclosures made in the preceding year and any actions taken in response to such disclosures.
