Global Money Week is Coming!

Global Money Week (GMW), an international OECD campaign to promote financial awareness among young people, runs 17-22 March. As the national coordinator for GMW the CCPC will launch Ireland’s campaign on 12th March with an event at Croke Park. The launch event will celebrate the achievements of post-primary students around Ireland who have been developing financial literacy initiatives as part of the CCPC’s Our Money, Our Future sponsorship programme.  

The CCPC is participating in GMW along with 10 other stakeholder organisations including: Brokers Ireland, Banking and Payments Federation Ireland (BPFI), Business Studies Teachers Association of Ireland (BSTAI), Central Bank of Ireland, Department of Finance, Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO), Irish Funds, Institute of Banking (IOB), Junior Achievement Ireland (JAI), LIA, Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS), Revenue.
