Wolf Steel (UK) Ltd t/a Napoleon recalls Napoleon Cast Iron Grids

Wolf Steel (UK) Ltd t/a Napoleon is carrying out a recall of Napoleon Cast Iron Grids.

The coating on these cast iron grids can develop blisters during exposure to very high heat. If these blisters are broken during cleaning, pieces of the coating material may chip off causing an ingestion risk.

The brand is Napoleon. The type/numbers of model are S83009/N305-0098 and S83010/N010-0763 and are used on infrared side burners of the following grills:

• Legend
• Freestyle
• Rogue: RSE en RXT models
• LE/LEX
• Prestige (production until October 2024)

There are approximately 50 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.

The affected products were sold from 2011 to 10 November 2025.

The products were sold in the following retailers: The Outdoor Scene, Noblewood, Hardys of Kilkeel, Maguires, and Outdoor Living.

What to do:

If you purchased one of these products, please stop use immediately. The products can be safely disposed of at a local recycling centre for used metals.
