Tiger are recalling the Twist and Lock wooden blocks. The toy is comprised of wooden pieces connected with an elastic centre cord. In certain circumstances the elastic cord may break and the small blocks would present a choking hazard.

Approximately 5,000 units have been sold in Ireland. The Item number is 1701354.
