Due to a potential mechanical and electrical fault Smyth’s Toys have initiated a product recall for the ’24V Turnado’. This  toy has been on sale in Ireland since November 2015 and 62 were placed on the Irish market.

What to Do:

Smyth’s advice is for customers not to use the product and return it with the mains plug and charger to their local Smyth’s Store, where they will receive a refund or an alternative replacement product.

The opening and closing times of the Smyth’s help centre are as follows:

Monday – Wednesday 9:00am – 6:00pm

Thursday – Friday 9:00am – 9:00pm

Saturday 9:00am – 6.00pm

Sunday 11:00pm – 6:00pm

Bank Holidays: 10:00am – 6:00pm
