SHEIN is carrying out a recall of a Children’s Halloween Costume Wizard Cape sold on SHEIN marketplace by the third-party seller Yiwu Mengqi E-Commerce Firm.

The product presents a risk of Strangulation and Burns. The product contains cords which are too close to a child’s neck when worn, creating a risk of strangulation and injury. The product is also highly flammable. The product could catch fire when too close to a flame, causing burns.
