RKW Ltd Recalls Tower Vortx 8L Dual Basket Air Fryer.

The risk reported to the CCPC is of fire. This is due to a manufacturing defect which may result in the product overheating and igniting during use. 

The brand is Tower. The model number is T17129L. The batch numbers are the following: PO264626, PO264638, PO264628, PO264634, PO264632, PO264630, PO271391, PO271397, PO271395, PO271399, PO271393 and PO271401. 

There are approximately 5,315 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. Affected products have been sold by Lidl throughout 2024. 

What to do: 

Customers of affected products should stop using it immediately and unplug it.
