The CCPC has safety concerns in relation to a Light up Yoyo toy sold on the AliExpress platform by the seller GZADXW Choice Store.

The toy does not bear the required CE marking or required safety warnings, and it has not been demonstrated to the CCPC that the Light up Yoyo toy has been tested to the relevant safety standards.

The item number is 011.

There were approximately 2 units of the Light up Yoyo toy sold on the AliExpress platform to consumers in the Republic of Ireland.

What to do:

If you purchased one of these Light up Yoyo toys, please discontinue use immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.

You may wish to contact AliExpress to see if there are any remedies available to you. This can be done via your user account on the AliExpress platform.
