What to do:

It is vitally important that consumers do not use their gas hob.

The CCPC is in contact with the manufacturer to ensure that they inform consumers of this safety issue and address the risks from any affected hobs they have already supplied. We will provide an update as soon as possible.

In the meantime, if you smell gas, please contact Gas Networks Ireland immediately on 1800 20 50 50.
